About TL Marketing

Todd Liss was born in San Francisco California and grew up in Larkspur, California.  His parents always found it fascinating how starting from a young age, Todd just loved commercials.  Little did they know that love would turn into his career.

Todd attended San Diego State University (SDSU) and completed a major in Integrated Marketing Communications and an economics minor in four years. Throughout that process he was an intern both agency side (Pickett Advertising, now Baker Street Advertising) in San Francisco and client side for Esurance in their corporate headquarters.   He also was the Vice President of the SDSU chapter of the American Advertising Federation.

After a trip around the world to study the communications and advertising of other countries Todd returned to SDSU to attain his Masters of Business Administration with a emphasis on Marketing.

He became the Director of Social Media for the U.S. Local News Network which included sites in San Diego, Orange County and Southwest Riverside.  He created, oversaw and managed USLNN’s social media presence as well as trained others on staff how to implement both the USLNN’s brands and their own personal brands online.

Todd also does social media, online communications, production work and celebrity relations for Ideahaus LLC, a communications agency located in Del Mar, California.  He also is the assistant producer for I am stylin’ Adventures in Pop-culture; a popular web show reporting on the latest pop-culture news and updates.
